Click the 'Get Started' button on our homepage, choose a plan (Free or Premium), and complete the registration form. You'll need to provide an email address and create a master password. Your master password is the only password you'll need to remember!
Your master password is the key to your vault. It's the only password you need to remember, and it's used to encrypt and decrypt all your stored passwords. We never store your master password on our servers, so make sure to remember it - if you forget it, we cannot recover your data due to our zero-knowledge architecture.
After logging in, click the 'Add Password' button in your vault. Enter the website name, username, and password. You can also use our built-in password generator to create a strong, unique password. Click 'Save' and your password will be securely encrypted and stored.
Yes! Go to Settings > Import Data, select your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge), and follow the export instructions for your browser. Then upload the exported file to Gopaniya. We support CSV format from all major browsers.
We use military-grade AES-256 encryption to protect your data. All encryption happens on your device before data is sent to our servers. We follow a zero-knowledge architecture, meaning we never have access to your unencrypted data or master password.
Zero-knowledge encryption means that your data is encrypted on your device before it reaches our servers. Only you have the key (your master password) to decrypt it. Even our employees cannot access your passwords. This ensures maximum privacy and security.
Unfortunately, if you forget your master password, we cannot recover your account due to our zero-knowledge architecture. We recommend setting up emergency access or writing down your master password in a secure location. This is a security feature, not a limitation.
Yes, all your encrypted data is automatically backed up to our secure AWS servers with 99.9% uptime. We maintain multiple redundant copies across different data centers. However, only you can decrypt this data with your master password.
